At YieldStay Holiday Homes, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of hospitality and transparency. We understand that travel plans can sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances. To ensure fairness for both our valued guests and our property owners, we have outlined the following refund policy:

1. Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before Check-in

Guests who cancel their reservation 14 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. This allows flexibility for travelers while ensuring that owners have sufficient notice to re-list their property.

2. Cancellations Made Between 7–14 Days Before Check-in

For cancellations received within this period, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued. This reflects the balance between guest flexibility and the owner’s expectation of occupancy.

3. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in

Due to the last-minute nature of these cancellations, they are non-refundable. At this stage, it is very difficult to replace the booking, and the owner may lose income entirely.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that emergencies may occur. In cases of government restrictions, medical emergencies (with supporting documents), or flight cancellations due to uncontrollable reasons, YieldStay management may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund or credit voucher for future stays.

5. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time for funds to reflect in your account.

Our refund policy ensures clarity, fairness, and trust, giving guests confidence in booking while protecting the interests of our property owners.
