1. Lawful Usage
You agree to use our platform only for lawful and personal purposes. Any attempt to use our services for fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities is strictly prohibited.
2. Accurate Information
Guests are required to provide accurate and truthful details when making reservations, including personal information, contact details, and payment information. Property owners must also ensure that all documents and details provided to YieldStay are accurate, valid, and up to date.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the YieldStay website – including text, logos, graphics, designs, and photographs – is the exclusive property of YieldStay Holiday Homes. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or reuse this material without prior written consent.
4. Fair Conduct
Any misuse of the platform, such as fake bookings, unauthorized use of credit cards, or attempts to manipulate the system, may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
5. Modifications
YieldStay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
🔹 Terms & Conditions – الشروط والأحكام
These Terms & Conditions form the foundation of the relationship between YieldStay Holiday Homes, its guests, and property owners. By making a booking or entering into a management agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Bookings & Payments
- All reservations must be fully paid at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Rates and availability are subject to change, but once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain fixed.
- Payments are accepted via approved payment gateways, and guests are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their bank.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
- Failure to check out on time without prior approval may result in additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must respect house rules, neighbors, and community regulations.
- Smoking, parties, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property, furnishings, or appliances during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged directly to the booking holder.
- The maximum occupancy of each property must not be exceeded unless approved by YieldStay.
4. Owner Agreements
- Property owners authorize YieldStay Holiday Homes to market, list, and manage their properties for short-term rentals across various booking platforms.
- YieldStay is entitled to deduct agreed-upon management fees and commissions from rental revenue before transferring payouts to owners.
- Owners are required to provide valid licenses, insurance, and documentation as required by Dubai regulations.
5. Liability & Limitations
- YieldStay Holiday Homes will not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during a guest’s stay.
- We cannot be held responsible for interruptions or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or force majeure events.
- Guests and owners acknowledge that YieldStay acts as an intermediary between both parties and cannot be held liable for events outside the scope of the management agreement.
6. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
